Job Description

We are a growing technology solutions company based in Mumbai offering web development, digital marketing, and IT services. Learn more about us at sanchitsolutions.com. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to build and lead our client acquisition efforts from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads using cold calling, emails, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and networking
  • Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and network with potential clients
  • Meet clients in person to understand their requirements, present our services, and negotiate contracts
  • Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets independently
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline effectively, updating CRM records regularly
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback to management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year to 3 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT, digital marketing, or related fields)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and cloud computing concepts.
  • Proficient in using social media for lead generation and relationship building
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic understanding of web development and digital marketing services is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales process management tools is preferred
