Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads through various digital marketing channels. Track and analyze lead generation efforts. Work closely with the sales team (if applicable) to ensure lead quality and conversion. Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for social media channels. Schedule and publish social media posts according to the content calendar. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Track and analyze social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Content Calendar Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of a content calendar aligning with marketing objectives. Coordinate with internal teams (if applicable) to ensure timely creation and delivery of content. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct basic keyword research to identify relevant search terms. Implement on-page SEO techniques to optimize website content. Assist in off-page SEO activities such as link building (under guidance). Monitor website traffic and rankings using analytics tools. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities using relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics). Prepare basic reports on key metrics and provide insights for optimization. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Explore new digital marketing channels and technologies. Other Digital Marketing Tasks: Assist with email marketing campaigns (creation, scheduling, and analysis). Support other digital marketing initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing. Basic understanding of social media platforms, their best practices, and analytics. Familiarity with content calendar creation and management. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and techniques. Experience with running or assisting in paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms is a plus. Understanding of lead generation concepts and strategies. Proficiency in using basic digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and results-oriented approach. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant experience.
