Business Development Executive (BDE)

As part of the Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in achieving retail sales targets, enhancing customer profits, managing inventory efficiently, and creating channel trade plans for the online boutiques you oversee. Your enthusiasm and expertise will be vital in the following areas: - Strategic account planning to drive profitable business growth by utilizing our product and service offerings effectively. - Collaborating with clients to establish sales growth targets and ensuring overall profitability and growth of assigned key accounts. - Serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to meet clients" specific e-commerce requirements, including channel distribution, creative content creation, and marketing support. - Daily inventory management for consignment and outright purchase stocks to maximize sales through e-marketplace campaigns and marketing initiatives while minimizing stock-related risks. - Conducting regular business reviews with key clients to monitor key performance indicators and strategizing for improvement. - Presenting business trends and insights to senior management for the development of new services or products. - Leveraging market knowledge to promote the company's unique selling propositions to potential clients. Qualifications: - Hold a bachelor's degree in any field of study. - Passion for working in the eCommerce industry. - Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. - Interest in consumer experience, innovation, health, beauty, and fashion. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Self-driven with a collaborative approach to teamwork. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule including day, fixed, and morning shifts. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of experience in business development and proficiency in English.
