About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in FMCG and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing and driving the sales in the assigned region and also ensuring the expansion of sales in HORECA.

2. In depth understanding of HORECA Business

3. Strategizing and implementing a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects

4. New account acquisition & development

5. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients

6. Monitoring competition activities and pricing on regular basis

Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in business development/sales, specifically in FMCG and HORECA segments.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business accounts.

3. Strong network and relationships in the HORECA and FMCG space are highly desirable.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
