Job Title: Counter Sales Executive ( Freshers are welcome ) Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 0-3 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be the face of Skillmatics at retail outlets, engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about education, games, and customer interaction. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in understanding and selecting the right products based on their needs. 2. Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of educational games. 3. Sales Conversion: Drive in-store sales by actively promoting products and achieving daily/weekly sales targets. 4. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels at the counter, report shortages, and ensure the display is always well-stocked and visually appealing. 5. Merchandising: Ensure all products are presented attractively and comply with brand guidelines. 6. Customer Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and experiences to help improve offerings and service. 7. Daily Reporting: Maintain sales and customer interaction records and submit daily reports to the store or area manager. 8. Team Coordination: Work closely with the store team and sales managers to support promotional campaigns and events. Qualifications: 1. High School or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
