We are expanding our team in Kochi and are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions and student enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Promote Nirman Academy’s courses and programs through effective communication and presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the education sector.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.
• Plan and participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
• Maintain records of leads, prospects, and conversions, ensuring regular reporting to management.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets set by the Academy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector (mandatory).
• Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, institutions, and stakeholders.
• Result-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting business targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Male candidates preferred (as per requirement).
