Job Description

NEXTIN LABS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Bhopal. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced or dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth in the software industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships, managing sales activities, and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and professional communication experience.
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through online research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, including bidding on platforms and closing deals effectively.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, telecalling strategies, and other outreach activities to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute business development plans aligned with company goals.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using bidding platforms and tools for project acquisition.
  • Expertise in lead generation, email marketing, and telecalling techniques.
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles and sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
