About Nexify World

Nexify World is a fast-growing vehicle management startup building a comprehensive ecosystem for B2B partners in India and globally. We make vehicle ownership and management more convenient by offering innovative solutions such as pick-up and drop-off services, scheduled maintenance management, on-demand repairs, real-time tracking, and transparent billing.

We partner with OEMs, dealerships, workshops, insurers, aggregators, leasing & rental companies, and financial institutions to deliver a seamless experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Delhi / Delhi NCR market. This role is best suited for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles and technology, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across assigned sectors (dealerships, workshops, insurers, aggregators, corporates, etc.) in Delhi / Delhi NCR.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present Nexify World’s solutions and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction through training & Operations Support.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in automobile, fintech, or service industry). Freshers with sharp business acumen & excellent communication may apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Passion for automobiles and customer-first mindset.
