We are a growing HR solutions provider offering Payroll Management, Recruitment Services, and End-to-End Workforce Solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for payroll outsourcing and staffing/recruitment services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, corporate visits, and market research. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory: Must have prior experience in the staffing/recruitment industry. Strong network of HR/Business contacts across industries. Proven experience in selling staffing, recruitment, or payroll solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
