**Job Title** Merchant Credit **Location** LUCKNOW **About the Role:** We are looking for motivated professionals with a Fintech background to join our team as **G-Pay Merchant Credit Executives**. The role involves visiting shops based on leads provided by the Business Development team. ***Key Responsibilities:** * Visit shops as per leads shared by Business Development Executives. * Visit on the loan leads to the merchants. * Leads Provided through the application * Ensure accurate reporting of daily visits and maintain records of shopkeeper interactions. * Achieve daily/weekly targets of valid shop visits. * Bike & Smart Phone is mandatory for this profile. * Insurance & Loan Candidates also apply * **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **Fintech/Payment Solutions** sales or related field. * Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage with shopkeepers. * **Bike ownership with valid driving license** (mandatory). * Ability to work independently and achieve set targets. * Familiarity with local market dynamics. **Compensation & Benefits:** *Lucknow location* - *upto 25000* *Travel Allowance:- 100rs* per day for 10-12 valid visits * Performance-based incentives may apply. **Work Location Coverage:** *Lucknow*
