Business Development Executive (USA Market | Lead Generation)

Job Overview

MyFluiditi is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong experience in USA lead generation, IT sales, and software service outreach.
The role involves connecting with USA-based founders, CTOs, and hiring managers to generate qualified leads for offshore development pods, dedicated developers, and software projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and target companies in the United States (USA) for offshore development partnerships.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, calling, CRM follow-ups, and networking.
  • Promote services such as:
  • Offshore Development
  • Dedicated Developers (Java, React, Flutter, etc.)
  • Web, Mobile App, and AI Development
  • Research companies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, AngelList, etc.
  • Qualify leads by understanding budget, requirement, and timelines.
  • Schedule and book strategy calls with the sales manager/founder.
  • Maintain updated records in CRM and manage the pipeline.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Experience in B2B lead generation, IT sales, or software outsourcing sales.
  • Strong understanding of the USA tech market.
  • Proficiency with lead-generation tools and platforms.
  • Ability to pitch technical services and handle discovery-level conversations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in selling:
  • Offshore development teams
  • Dedicated developers
  • Outsourced engineering services
  • Knowledge of software technologies (Java, React, Angular, Node.js, Flutter).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
