Customer Relationship Executive (Female – Work from Home / Hybrid) Company: Scaffolding Hub Location: Gurugram (Work from Home with Once-a-Week Office Visit, or Full Work from Home Option) Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience) + Attractive Incentives Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) About UsScaffolding Hub is a leading provider of high-quality scaffolding and shuttering solutions for construction projects across India. Role OverviewWe are seeking a confident, dedicated, and results-driven female candidate to join us as a Customer Relationship Executive. This is primarily a work-from-home role. Candidates can choose between: Hybrid (preferred): Work from home with one weekly office visit for training and updates. Full Work from Home: Available on minimum fixed salary + incentive-based earnings, depending on performance. Your main responsibilities will include generating leads, following up with prospects, sending quotations, and successfully closing deals. This role offers both fixed salary and high earning potential through incentives, with scope for growth based on your performance and results. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries Generate new leads through calls, online sources, and referrals Consistently follow up with prospects to convert them into customers Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients Maintain updated records of client interactions and sales progress Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order execution Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Meet or exceed monthly sales and follow-up targets Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills in Hindi & English Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / Email communication Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of telecalling, inside sales, or customer service experience are welcome Experience in construction or B2B sales is an added advantage Mandatory RequirementsMust have a SIM card & mobile phone to make telecalling directly to clients Must have a laptop/desktop with internet access for managing quotations, follow-ups, and client handling Perks & BenefitsFixed salary of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on skills & experience) For full work-from-home candidates – minimum fixed salary + higher sales-based incentives Attractive performance-based incentives for all candidates Flexible work-from-home setup Career growth opportunities in a fast-expanding company 📩 How to Apply Email your CV to sahilbansal1233@gmail.com or contact us at 7678601694 with the subject line “Application – Customer Relationship Executive”.
