What You’ll Do:Actively visit construction sites, builders, and contractors to introduce Scaffolding Hub's services. Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and collecting on-ground data. Support the sales team in real-time client interactions and follow-ups. Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm. Contribute to marketing strategy based on real field insights. Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships. What We’re Looking For:Male candidate, preferably with a two-wheeler for site visits. Someone who is street-smart, persuasive, and understands construction-related B2B sales. Experience in field marketing/sales is a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer interaction skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to earn more through performance-based incentives.
