Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Business Development Executive to join our education team. The candidate will play a key role in driving admissions, promoting educational programs, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education/training sector.
• Promote and sell online/offline courses, training programs, and educational services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
• Handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and counseling sessions for students and parents.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education-related field.
• 1 year experience in education sales, admissions, or EdTech business development.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling client interactions.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or training centers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Multilingual communication skills (added advantage).
