Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Hiring Company: OLA Open Position: 1 Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA About the Role:We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for OLA at the Koramangala, Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Technology, SaaS, or Logistics industry. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new B2B clients Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Understand client requirements and propose relevant OLA business solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Candidate Requirements:Education: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any stream) Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience Industry Preference: Technology, SaaS, or Logistics Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Location: Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Koramangala Salary & Benefits:CTC: Up to ₹6 Lakhs per annum Opportunity to work with one of India’s top mobility tech companies Dynamic and fast-paced work environment
