The ideal candidate will have prior experience or knowledge in bakery, processed food, or frozen product segments. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our range of products to retailers, distributors, HORECA, and institutional clients. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bakery, food service, and frozen product segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including distributors, retailers, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and catering services. Understand product specifications and be able to demonstrate their value to prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Plan and execute sales visits, product demos, and promotional activities. Work closely with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and service. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and food expos to represent the company and generate leads. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field. 1–4 years of sales/business development experience in bakery, frozen foods, or FMCG preferred. Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients, ready-to-eat foods, or frozen products is a big plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred Skills:Existing network or client base in bakery or food service industry. Ability to understand and explain technical product details (ingredients, shelf life, storage conditions, etc.). Passion for the food and hospitality sector.
