Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, a passion for driving revenue, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and outreach to potential clients in the market. - Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. - Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations to refine business development strategies. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. - Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of business development goals and the delivery of high-quality services/products. - Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress. Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities. - Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
Proven experience 2 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in IT Sector. - Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels. - Negotiation & Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively, with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships. - Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets and KPIs. - CRM & Sales Tools: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track sales activities. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and trends to inform business development strategies. - Team Player: Collaborative attitude, willing to work cross-functionally with other departments to drive success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge or experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., technology, healthcare, financial services]. - Previous experience with B2B sales or enterprise sales is a plus.
