Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Chandigarh, India. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing online ad campaigns, optimizing web content, and analyzing performance metrics. They will also engage in social media management, email marketing, and SEO/SEM activities to boost brand presence and customer engagement. Qualifications Experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management Proficiency in developing and executing digital marketing strategies Skills in content creation, including web content writing and email marketing Ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics and data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Chandigarh, India Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and email campaigns. Pitch IT services (software development, automation, SaaS, digital transformation) to potential clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution proposals. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business reports. Skills & Tools: Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Knowledge of IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions sales. Lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Apollo, etc.) CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive (preferred). Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
