Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations to clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of IT services and digital solutions (preferred).
