We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Analytics Executive to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, presenting software-based solutions, and analyzing market and performance data to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong communication skills in English and Tamil, a good understanding of the local market, and the ability to represent our company professionally across client meetings, product demos, and stakeholder discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. - Understand and communicate software solutions to potential clients through presentations, demos, and meetings. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas. - Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and customized solutions. - Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improving sales strategy. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships Job Types: Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Ta (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/06/2025
