Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified business leads from the natural market and other channels for our customized software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, market awareness, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads primarily from natural markets, referrals, and personal/professional networks.
  • Promote and present customized software solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process – from lead generation and requirement gathering to proposal presentation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand client pain points and provide suitable customized software solutions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and generate leads through networking, personal contacts, and referrals.
  • Understanding of software solutions and ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, business-oriented manner.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in the IT/software industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital networking tools is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated from the natural market.
  • Conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
  • Revenue contribution from new business.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.23 - ₹19,426.19 per month
