Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing strategies to expand our customer base and managing client interactions to ensure long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and grow professional networks.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, and sales progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
• Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
