Business Development Executive - Poultry Position: Business Development Executive Location: Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Siddipet. Reports To: B.D.M /Zonal Manager Experience Required: 0-3 years Job Summary: RR Veterinary Health Care is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growth in the poultry & Aquaculture sector. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience in the poultry & Aquaculture industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about business development and sales. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the poultry & Aquaculture sector. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and reach out to potential clients to develop new business relationships. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Sales and Business Development: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business targets. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Support the negotiation and closing of sales deals. Product Knowledge and Promotion: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's poultry products and services. Promote products effectively to clients through various channels. Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve product offerings. Administrative and Reporting Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market research. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights. Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, exhibitions, and meetings. Learning and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in the poultry & Aquaculture industry, with a preference for experience in business development or sales. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the poultry sector are also encouraged to apply. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques. Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of poultry & Aquaculture practices and industry trends is an advantage.
