At Eduavenir, we specialize in empowering real estate businesses through result-driven digital marketing solutions. From SEO and performance marketing to social media and web development, we help real estate developers, brokers, and agencies establish a strong digital presence and drive measurable growth.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our client base within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the real estate industry who can benefit from digital marketing services.
  • Lead Generation: Generate quality leads through networking, events, referrals, cold outreach, and online channels.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Service Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Eduavenir’s services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website development, and content strategy to provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on real estate market trends and digital marketing strategies to position Eduavenir as a trusted growth partner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, operations, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, ideally within digital marketing or real estate industries.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate sector challenges and the ability to match them with effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, pipeline handling, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
