Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Location: Siliguri ( Champasari) Company: Koadai Digihub Pvt. Ltd Work Timing: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month About Us: Koadai is a fast-growing digital marketing agency offering branding, website development, Meta/Google Ads, and creative campaigns. We're on a mission to help businesses build a strong digital presence. We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new leads, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients (local businesses, startups, SMEs) Pitch digital services (branding, web design, digital ads, GMB, etc.) Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and field visits Convert leads from telecallers or social media into successful deals Create custom proposals and close deals confidently Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Accurate updates on leads and conversions Coordinate with the project and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding Who You Are: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing sales or B2B sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English) Self-motivated and target-driven Knowledge of digital marketing trends is a big plus Freshers with strong communication & sales drive can also apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
