Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business from online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other portals. The BDE will work closely with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelancing portals.
  • Write customized proposals and cover letters for each project according to client requirements.
  • Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical and design teams for project estimations and proposals.
  • Maintain records of bids, client communications, and project details in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of working experience on Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr / LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, such as web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, UI/UX design, etc.
  • Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
  • Good understanding of project estimation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and communication tools (Slack, Skype, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in an IT service-based company.
  • Familiarity with lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, or other channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,575.37 - ₹38,091.44 per month
