Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Node.js Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend services, APIs, and integrating with various databases and third-party services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js Create and manage RESTful APIs and integrations Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements Optimize application performance and scalability Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team meetings Troubleshoot and debug applications Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) Familiarity with frameworks such as Express.js or Nest.js Experience with database technologies like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Knowledge of Git and version control systems Familiarity with RESTful API design and development Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have: Experience with containerization tools (Docker) Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) Understanding of unit testing and test-driven development Experience with Agile development methodologies Perks & Benefits: Flexible working hours Career growth and learning opportunities Collaborative and inclusive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,840.82 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Node.js: 1 year (Required) MySQL: 1 year (Required) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
