Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in the IT services and consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of bringing in high-value clients and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services and consulting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and CXOs.
• Create and execute strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new areas of business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in business development within IT services & consulting industry.
• Proven track record of bringing in high-value clients and closing large deals.
• Strong understanding of IT services, consulting practices, and technology-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-driven with a passion for sales and business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
