About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.   Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients from the USA and Canada Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution of services and deliveries Create proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet set targets Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activities Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure client satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement (preferably international markets) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities across sales and operations Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones Basic understanding of MS Office, and digital communication platforms (Outlook, Gmail, We chat)
