Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the housekeeping and facility management sector. Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits. Meet potential clients (corporates, societies, industries, hospitals, commercial complexes, etc.) and present company services. Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management. Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of housekeeping services. Keep track of competitors, market trends, and client requirements. Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
