Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities. Inspect rooms, washrooms, common areas, and work sites to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assign tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff. Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members. Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment. Maintain records of staff attendance, duty rosters, and cleaning schedules. Report maintenance issues or damages to the concerned department. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene policies. Handle guest or client complaints related to housekeeping and resolve promptly. Prepare and share daily/weekly housekeeping reports with management. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) preferred.
