Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Only) Location: Pune Industry: Financial Services / Investment Advisory Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresher / Experienced Training Provided | No Sales Targets Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing financial services firm specializing in corporate finance solutions, including Corporate Debt, Treasury Investments, and other Institutional Financial Products. Our goal is to empower corporate clients by offering tailored financial products and strategic investment advice. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and articulate female candidate, either fresher or experienced, to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and strong proficiency in spoken and written English. The role focuses on engaging with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs, and promoting our range of financial products. Key Responsibilities: · Initiate and maintain professional communication with decision-makers in corporate companies. · Understand and promote financial products such as Corporate Debt Instruments, Treasury Products, and Corporate Investments. · Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, or virtual meetings to introduce our offerings. · Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of potential corporate clients. · Coordinate with internal teams for product knowledge and client onboarding. · Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials for clients. · Attend training sessions and actively apply learned knowledge in daily tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Gender Requirement: Female candidates only. · Experience: Open to freshers and experienced professionals. · Education: Bachelor’s/ Post Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any relevant field (preferred but not mandatory). · Language Proficiency: o Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory. o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Basic understanding of finance or willingness to learn. · Proactive, confident, and professional demeanor.
