Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to manage and execute diagnostic blood test camps in residential societies. This role involves on-ground coordination, client interaction, phlebotomy support, and driving sales of blood test packages. Key Responsibilities: · Plan and organize blood test camps in residential societies across Pune. · Coordinate with the lab team and phlebotomists to ensure timely sample collection and report delivery. · Generate leads and drive sales of diagnostic packages during camps. · Educate residents about available health check-up packages, offers, and benefits. · Ensure smooth execution of the camp – managing set-up, registrations, and customer experience. · Maintain records of camp activities, leads generated, and conversions. · Build and maintain relationships with society committee members and residents. · Share daily reports and updates with the reporting manager. · Coordinate follow-ups for doctor consultations post-diagnosis, if required. Requirements: · Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred. · 1+ year of experience in field sales, healthcare marketing, or related field preferred. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong sales orientation and confidence in public engagement. · Ability to work early morning shifts and be on the field for most of the day. · Should have basic knowledge of healthcare and diagnostics (training will be provided). · Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler with valid license.
