We are hiring a full-time Senior Executive – GST who will be responsible for end-to-end GST compliance, audits, and advisory assignment across a portfolio of clients. The role demands a strong grasp of GST law, practical application of ITC rules, and the ability to handle large volumes with accuracy. Key Responsibilities Independently manage monthly GST return filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) for multiple clients Perform GST reconciliations (Books vs. GSTR-2A/2B/3B) and identify ITC mismatches Ensure strict adherence to Input Tax Credit (ITC) rules and eligibility analysis Support and lead GST audits and internal audits, including documentation and client communication Handle notices, GST department queries, and assist in drafting replies Provide transactional GST advisory, invoice structuring guidance, and inter-state compliance support Coordinate with clients for data collation, review, and query resolution Ensure timely updates to clients on GST law changes and their implications Candidate Profile Qualification: CA Inter / B.Com with completed Articleship in a CA firm Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in GST-related work within a CA firm or tax consultancy Strong understanding of GST law, recent amendments, and circulars Working knowledge of Excel and cloud accounting platforms (Zoho Books, Tally, etc.) Ability to handle client communication independently Detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset Preferred Traits Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage deadlines with minimal supervision Team player with mentoring attitude towards juniors Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-client work environment Salary Range – 4.2 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs Local Candidates are preferred and candidates should be ready to commit for a period of atleast 1 year or agree to salary retention.
