Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in business development, preferably within a marketing or Advertising Agency. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, a proactive approach to client acquisition, and strong sales closing capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels Present and promote the company’s marketing services to prospective clients Conduct meetings and presentations to effectively communicate service offerings Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Negotiate and close business deals to achieve assigned sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the marketing / Advertising Agency. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Proficient in English (both verbal and written) Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales closing skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently Good organizational and time management abilities Basic understanding of marketing and related services is an added advantage.
