Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents regarding NEET UG/PG preparation courses, admission procedures, and program offerings.
  • Understand students’ academic needs and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
  • Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings (if applicable).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential students.
  • Provide accurate information about the course structure, eligibility, fees, and timelines.
  • Maintain updated records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation activities (seminars, webinars, campaigns).
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in NEET UG/PG exams and admission policies.
  • Handle objections and queries efficiently and professionally to close admissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, life sciences, or healthcare is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of experience in student counselling or B2C sales, preferably in the medical entrance coaching or education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and [mention regional language, if applicable].
  • Good understanding of NEET UG/PG structure, syllabus, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to empathize with students and build trusted relationships with parents.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with an edtech company, coaching institute, or admission consultancy focused on medical entrances.
  • Experience in organizing or presenting webinars/seminars for student engagement.
  • Multilingual skills for regional market coverage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
