Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and property listings.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and documentation.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and property expos.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development or real estate sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
