Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Delhi location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, scheduling and conducting field meetings, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to meet prospective clients in Delhi and nearby areas.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Present the company’s products/services to potential clients in-person.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for future growth.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Maintain accurate records of client meetings and sales progress.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Delhi region.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
