About the Role

Analytix is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Kochi. If you're passionate about sales, love building client relationships, and are eager to work with a wide spectrum of customers—from startups to C-level executives—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, social media, and other digital channels.
• Guide clients through the entire business formation process, addressing questions and resolving concerns efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital sales campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Provide after-sales support and assist clients during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and nurture strong client relationships.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective conversions and deal closures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree (preferred: BBA, MBA, B.Com, or a Diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing).
• Experience: 0–1+ years in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and sales closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exposure to working with senior management or C-level executives (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting.
• Self-driven, professional, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
