Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Services Sales)
Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base for IT and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services and a proven track record in B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
· Build and manage a qualified leads pipeline.
· Understand client needs and match them with IT/digital marketing services.
· Prepare proposals, deliver pitches, and negotiate contracts.
· Collaborate with technical teams to design client solutions.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
· Report regularly on sales activities and pipeline progress.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in IT sales, particularly in B2C or enterprise environments.
· Strong knowledge of IT services such as website design, website development, and digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
· Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in selling to clients in international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
Prior exposure to working in IT service companies or digital agencies
