Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in the education sector. This is a work-from-office role, where the candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential students/parents, explaining educational products/services, and scheduling appointments or demos for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:   Contact leads (students/parents) via phone, email, or other platforms to introduce educational programs.   Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about courses or services.   Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.   Maintain a database of leads and update call outcomes in the system.   Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.   Follow up on interested leads regularly to convert them into potential clients.   Handle basic queries related to curriculum, pricing, duration, and enrollment. Requirements:   Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate in any field preferred.   Good communication skills in English and regional languages.   Soft-spoken, persuasive, and customer-friendly.   Basic computer skills for CRM updates and email handling.   Prior experience in telesales, counseling, or education-related roles is a plus.
