We are looking for a Business Development Rockstar who will play a key role in onboarding sellers, artisans, and small brands to the Bazama marketplace and building long-term relationships with them.

* Identify and connect with potential sellers across India (artisans, handicraft brands & creators)
* Explain Bazama’s marketplace model, onboarding process & benefits
* Complete seller registration & documentation process
* Build strong relationships with sellers and handhold them post-onboarding
* Maintain selling performance metrics and weekly reports
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding & support
* Achieve monthly growth & acquisition targets
* Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
* Strong convincing & relationship-building skills
* Confident and energetic personality
* Ability to handle calls, presentations & negotiations
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
* Passion for entrepreneurship, handmade products & Indian artisans
* Ability to learn fast and work with targets
* Freshers & 0–2 years experienced candidates welcome
* Experience in Sales / BD / Tele-Calling / Seller Onboarding / E-Commerce will be preferred
