Our mission is to take Indian handmade products from Local → National → Global 🔍 Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Rockstar who will play a key role in onboarding sellers, artisans, and small brands to the Bazama marketplace and building long-term relationships with them. Role Overview This role focuses on supporting sellers and buyers, onboarding new artisans, and building partnerships with artisan communities, NGOs, and creator networks. You will be the frontline voice of Bazama, ensuring smooth communication, trust, and long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities 1. Seller Support & Onboarding * Communicate with artisans and handmade product sellers * Explain Bazama’s platform, onboarding process, and benefits * Assist with seller registration, documentation, and basic listing coordination * Follow up with sellers for product details, images, and updates 2. Buyer Support * Handle buyer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and email * Coordinate with internal teams for order-related or platform queries * Ensure smooth buyer experience and issue resolution 3. Artisan Acquisition & Partnerships * Identify and bring new artisans, women entrepreneurs, and handmade brands * Build partnerships with artisan clusters, NGOs, and community groups * Maintain relationships with onboarded artisans for long-term collaboration 4.
