Business Development Executive - Kannur

You will be a part of our team as a Business Development Executive and play a crucial role in our market penetration strategy. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, activating new customers, and enlisting new channel partners. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, activating new customers to expand our customer base, enrolling new channel partners to enhance market penetration, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the food industry. Experience in a B2B sales environment will be a significant advantage. You must possess the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, a solid understanding of food ingredients and their uses, exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills, self-motivation, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. You should also be able to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and be willing to travel locally and regionally as required.,
