Job Description

Identifying and researching new market opportunities and generating leads for business growth. Building and managing relationships with current and potential clients through meetings, networking events, and regular communication. Developing and implementing business development and sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business and address client queries. Negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring client needs are met and contracts comply with company policy. Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, management) to develop effective solutions and strategies. Tracking performance through KPIs and maintaining CRM documentation, sales records, and reporting to senior management. Market and competitor analysis to adapt business strategies and identify opportunities for expansion. Mentoring entry-level staff and contributing to broader company goals and culture as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,229.44 - ₹20,122.33 per month
