In this role based in Gurgaon, you will be immersed in the dynamic realms of Investment Banking, Fundraising, and Merger & Acquisition. The position entails 20% travel and operates within the working hours of 10 am to 7 pm, over 5.5 days a week with alternate Saturdays off. As a Business Development professional at FundTQ, your responsibilities will include: - Developing an active pipeline of potential clients for fundraising and executing outreach initiatives to engage and onboard them - Connecting with diverse MSMEs, startups, and investor ecosystems, including financial institutions, family offices, private equity, venture capital, and high net worth individuals - Conducting thorough research to identify new investors and clients while maintaining comprehensive databases - Creating informative factsheets, presentations, and regular reports detailing milestones, achievements, and key performance indicators - Participating in relevant events and conferences aligned with the company's focus areas - Ensuring a seamless communication process and prompt responses to investor queries Communication, negotiation, convincing, and coordination skills are crucial in the field of Investment Banking, constituting approximately 85% of the job requirements. Ideal candidates for this role should hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Marketing or a related domain.
