We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Indian market.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indian market
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate and close deals with customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the Indian market and business environment
