Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition and strategic partnerships in the software and web development domain. This role blends market research, consultative selling, and relationship-building to expand our digital footprint and deliver impactful tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, software, and web development sectors

• Generate qualified leads through online research, networking, and outreach campaigns

• Understand client needs and propose tailored software/web solutions

• Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations

• Collaborate with design and development teams to align solutions with client expectations

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs

• Represent the company at tech expos, webinars, and networking events

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales in the tech industry

• Strong understanding of software development cycles, web technologies, and digital platforms

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

• Strategic mindset with a passion for technology and innovation

Career Path

This role can evolve into Senior Business Development Manager, Client Success Lead, or Strategic Partnerships Head, depending on performance and leadership potential.
