Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the notebook (writing book) manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building brand awareness, and expanding our market presence across schools, colleges, stationery retailers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional clients (schools, coaching centers, etc.)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities
• Negotiate pricing, order volumes, and delivery timelines with clients

Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns during peak seasons (e.g., school admissions, exam periods)
• Coordinate with design and production teams for customized branding and packaging
• Organize product demos, exhibitions, and school-level promotional events
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and promptness
• Collect and analyze customer insights to improve product offerings and service

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi and English preferred)
• Strong understanding of local markets and seasonal buying patterns
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits
