We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Advisor to join our team and provide expert legal guidance in all aspects of real estate transactions and operations. Position: Business Development Executive Location: Chennai Job Description: Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships Identify and develop business opportunities for the landscape services.  Key Responsibilities: Business Development Engage with IPCs (International Property Consultants), architects, and key industry contacts to identify and develop new project opportunities. Build and maintain strong professional relationships to support long-term business growth. Securing business with existing clients Preparing documentations related to land for clients. Tender Management Attend tender meetings, manage offer submissions, and drive closure of bids. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive proposal submissions. Land Documentation Prepare and organize legal and technical documentation related to land for client submissions and due diligence. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements in all land-related paperwork. Liaison Activities Regulatory Approvals: Follow up with CMDA and other relevant authorities to secure necessary project approvals. Government Relations: Liaise with bureaucrats or dignitaries when required to support project facilitation. Client Coordination: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring clear communication and strict adherence to timelines. Skills & Experience:   ·       Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry ·       Should have experience in real estate , Liason and Industrial ·       Strong client relationship management skills ·       Excellent negotiation skills ·       Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization ·       Market research experience ·       Proven ability to work independently ·       A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team ·       Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills  Contact Sujatha Balan 9524760666
